If you would like a tasty treat, then this recipe is what you need!
It is easy to cook on your own with minimal supervision from the nearest adult, and is very healthy indeed!
You will need:
2 whole eggs, 1 teaspoon of sugar, a pinch of salt, 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of milk, and raisins, apples, bannanas and any other chopped up fruit. You may also add cinamon if you like.
Start cooking!
To start off, get a spoon and mixing bowl (both need to be quite big). Crack 2 eggs into the bowl, and add a pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Mix them altogether.
Add 1 cup of flour to the same bowl and then 1 cup of milk. Mix everything together until it looks like yogourt. Then add the fruit (already chopped and ready) to the mixture. Let it sit for at least an hour.After the hour, you can start frying!
Depending on how big you make the pancakes, they should serve 2-3 people. If necessary, you can double the mixture.
Then you are ready to eat!
