Yummy breakfast omelette

We like to make this omelette in the holidays with our Dad. It is really tasty and can sometimes be our brunch. This omelette doesn't necessarily need to be eaten for breakfast but for us it has become a tradition.

You will need:

3-5 eggs Milk Butter Onions(shallots work best) Cheese

Crack some eggs into a bowl and pour milk in. Stir well. Cut some onions into small fine pieces. Slice some cheese for flavour.

Fry the onions in a buttered pan. When they become brown add the egg mixture. Immediately after add the cheese, spreading it all over the omelette. Flip the omelette when it becomes hard and starts to bubble. Cook evenly through and serve straight from the pan.
